This tool is utilized to submit a reference on behalf of an applicant. The applicant has listed you as a reference which causes the system to email the reference person with instructions for completing this activity. If you have not received an email with instructions, STOP and contact our office for assistance.
If you have received the email, enter the Reference ID number provided in the email notice, along with your email address. Then click FIND. The system will return an online reference form. Complete the items and click Submit at the bottom of the page. When you have submitted, scroll to the bottom of the page to see a message to confirm that you have successfully submitted the reference.
If you encounter any difficulty, enter the Reference ID and your email address and then click the SEND HELP REQUEST button which will email our offices and we will contact you.
