How will I know when my application is being considered?
As soon as you complete your registration you are an active applicant in our system. However, you must complete each section of My Profile and the required items in My Checklist to ensure that your application is complete and receives consideration, even if you have applied for open positions.

How can I change my name, address or telephone number?
Click on My Profile to update your personal information. Make your changes and click Save at the bottom of the page to save changes you make. You can change this information at any time.

How can I find out about open positions?
You may view openings by clicking on JOBS in the Main Menu. In JOBS you can view and apply for open positions. However, you are not ensured that your application will be considered unless your application is complete. Click My Checklist to view your checklist and application status.

May I apply for more than one open position at a time?
Yes. You can apply for as many jobs as you are qualified. In JOBS you can click on the PDF icon to view the job detail or and the job description. Just click APPLY to have your name added to the list of those that may be considered for that opening. When you click APPLY you may see a pop-up message indicating an additional requirement may have been added to your My Checklist. Be sure to return to My Checklist to determine if you have completed all required activities.

Do I need to be a citizen of the United States to be employed in your school system?
Yes. Our district only employs persons who are United States citizens and/or are an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1.324A). New employees are required to complete an Employment Eligibilty Verification form (I-9), issued by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, which requires documentation to establish eligibilty.
